| The Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant Training Center (UREATC) is created to train, coach and mentor those interested in pursuing a career in the real estate industry as a Listing, Marketing, REO Support, and Transaction Coordinator. Through The Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant Training Center (UREATC), our trainees learn how to work with real estate agents as a Designated Coordinator, and more. We don't spend a lot of time teaching you how to use hundreds of programs that may or may not be used by the brokers and agents, that is only a small portion of our training. Our mission is to teach you how to build a foundation based on real estate principles, agent expectations, and the partnering skills required when working with brokers and agents. |
